Refund Policy

  • A product ordered in error that is delivered in good condition can be exchanged. However, the product should be returned in its original packaging, along with a copy of the invoice within 1 day.

  • Grocery items are not returnable to FOODMAZONE and may not be refunded or replaced.

  • If a product does not match your order, you must contact us immediately by telephone or email. FOODMAZONE will bear all the costs of the return of the product.

  • No returns will be allowed for a used product.

Cancellation Policy
